Bubble Witch Saga

I'm starting off the year with an app that I downloaded just a few days ago. I find it to be a cross between Candy Crush and Bejeweled. I present to you, Bubble Witch Saga.

Since this is my first post, I will give a brief overview of the symbols I will use (and undoubtedly change) throughout the year.

- = cons
+ = pros
Overall ratings will be out of 5 and are absolutely in no way scientific or even mathematically correct.

Bubble Witch Saga comes to you from King, the geniuses behind Candy Crush and a few other games. The main goal of Bubble Witch is to knock 9 bubbles off the top line using a limited number of bubbles from your pot. When your bubbles fall they will hit spiders that also fall when you create matches. The bubbles bounce on the spiders giving you extra points before they fall into pots marked with a value. Sounds easy right? Well, each level increases in difficulty and based on the difficulty you get a limited number of bubbles in your pot.

Bubble Witch has over 200 levels and is available on the App Store, Google Play, Facebook, and online. It's terribly addicting and I think this may be the next Candy Crush.

- While the game is available on your phone, tablet and computer, it is much harder to control where you shoot the bubbles on smaller screens like your phone. I also had a little difficulty on the computer. I would recommend playing on a tablet.

+ You can play Bubble Witch whenever because it's available for almost everything.

- Bubble Witch can link to your Facebook so you can earn more lives and coins, share gifts with friends and so on. However, if you're like me and don't like sharing your gaming activity on your timeline, this may be a bit bothersome.

+ 200+ levels means this isn't a game you can defeat in a day or maybe you can, the challenge is yours.
